• More touches on the ball: Every player gets far more individual possession time than in larger formats (7v7/11v11), building confidence and comfort on the ball.

• All-round skill set: No fixed positions — everyone attacks, defends, and handles the ball in all areas. Develops dribbling, short passing, 1v1s, quick turns, and shooting constantly.

• Tighter technique: Smaller spaces force quicker decisions, sharper control, and precise passing under pressure.

• Constant involvement: No "hiding" — players must read the game continuously, spot space, and choose pass/dribble/shoot fast.
